RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks.

NO refunds for early departure.

DEPOSITS

DEPOSIT = One Night Stay + Tax.

MONTHLY DEPOSIT = $150.00 per Month + Tax (non-refundable).                 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be done by e-mail.

Cancelling within 48 hours of making reservation and receive a FULL REFUND.

Cancelling 30+ days before arrival date, guests will be refunded deposit - $10 fee/site.

Cancelling 30+ days before arrival date, guests will be refunded deposit - $25 cabin fee

Changing reservation by reduction of days:

must be done by e-mail at least 7 days prior to arrival or Guest

will be responsible for entire balance.

NO SHOWS & cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival date:

Guest will be charged 25% of remaining balance. Must e-mail

cancellation.
